These homeowners wanted to transform a waterfront cabin into their 'forever home.' Due to it's location in a critical habitat, it took a fair bit of time to procure the necessary permits, and the remodeling required special level of sensitivity to environmental impacts. We partnered closely with the homeowners from design, through permitting, and of course through construction, and the result is a truly special property.
